Formal Complaint – Outstanding Order Paid in Full on December 28
Hello
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my order placed and fully paid for on December 28.

Since my purchase, I have received nothing but repeated and unfulfilled promises regarding the delivery of my bed headboard. Each time I contact your customer service department, I am told the item will be delivered “tomorrow.” These assurances—often provided by a representative named Rishi—have proven to be inaccurate and misleading.

On January 10, your delivery team brought part of my order; however, the headboard delivered was incorrect. Since that date, I have continued to wait with no resolution. I have been given multiple excuses, including truck breakdowns and repeated next-day delivery promises, none of which have been honored.

This situation has gone on for far too long and is completely unprofessional. I paid in full for this product, and I am still waiting months later for the correct item. At this point, the lack of accountability and consistent misinformation has led me to seriously question whether my concerns are being taken seriously.

I am requesting immediate resolution—either:

1. Delivery of the correct headboard within a clearly confirmed and honored timeframe, or
2. A full refund for the undelivered item.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue further action, including legal options. This is not my preference, but I will not continue to accept empty promises.

Please treat this matter with urgency and respond in writing with a concrete solution.

I rarely leave reviews, but the shocking lack of customer service from My Furnitire by Mattrees to door deserves to be called out. Writing this review while sitting in the store and its my fift visit and today date is 29th Sep 2025.

I ordered a italian bed set on July 20th 2025, and the entire process has been a nightmare from start to. Mr Jacks sold us floor model and promised about best quality. When i received my order its incomplete . Night stand is missing , mirror light is not functioning, adapter is missing, After taking full payment upfront, the company repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises. Delivery dates were missed with no proactive communication whatsoever—I had to chase them every single time.

When I finally managed to reach someone , the staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and offered zero accountability. Instead of clear answers, I got vague excuses and empty assurances. Even when I escalated the issue, no manager ever called back.

It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers like this. Not only was my time completely wasted, but I was left with a incomplete bed set and unnecessary stress for weeks.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of furniture and mattress retailers who actually care about their customers—unlike My Furnitire by Mattress to door..

The experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. I have ordered two beds, sofa, Tv table and bar stools. The entire process was a disaster from start to finish.
First, the delivery was delayed four times, with no clear communication or updates. I had to chase down customer service multiple times, only to be given vague answers and empty promises.
Two weeks now still i didn’t get the part of the bed and the bar stools.
Second, the team refused to refund the money for the items that I have not received in spite of paying them cash.
To make matters worse, the quality of the furniture is shockingly bad. The installation team advised me not to make more loads on the beds because the bases are very weak.The table is dancing and not fix at all. This is not what I expected for the price I paid.

Overall, this was a huge waste of time, and money. It was horrible service due to poor communication, sloppy delivery, and subpar product quality. I won't be shopping here again, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

the worst customer service ever. I purchased a bunk bed from them quality was garbage in less then 5 months the bed is breaking. I called for my warranty that they apparently offer and they are refusing to fix the bed. I can't even have my son sleep on it... waste of money time don't buy from them!

I purchased a bed set and a couch on December 26th 2024 from the sales associate, Jax. Jax's customer service was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was promised that the furniture would be delivered and assembled. I was assured that the delivery of my furniture would be delayed until April 4th 2025, when I would be receiving the keys to my preconstruction home. I called on April 1st to verify my delivery and was told that the furniture would be delivered on April 7th or 8th; no problem. I was also told that I would receive a call 24 hours before the delivery - I did not. After following up with Jax, I was told that the delivery would be on April 11th. After several calls from the dispatch staff, James, on April 11th when the delivery time was changed from 4pm to 3pm then back to 4pm, the furniture was delivered at 4:30pm. When moving the furniture downstairs, the delivery team scratched the wall and I noticed that several boxes appeared damaged (photos below). When I noticed that the delivery team was preparing the leave and the furniture was still unassembled, I was told that a separate team would be coming to assemble the furniture within 24-48 hours. I was not aware that the delivery and assembly teams were separate and that this would require separate appointments. As soon as the delivery team left, I called James (dispatcher) to report the damage to the wall and inquire about when the furniture would be assembled. He asked me to send photos of the damage, which I did and said that the assembly team would try to come on April 12th, but if not, they would come on April 13th. I also reported the damage to Jax (sales associate) who apologized and said he will follow up with James. On April 13th (the day I am writing this review) I did not receive any communication about the time that the assembly team would be arriving. I called James multiple times, called the store and sent messages to Jax all with no response. As I was on my way to the store to speak to someone in person as I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone, Jax called me at ~1:30pm. I expressed my concern and frustration with the poor communication. Jax mentioned that James only works during the week days and that he (Jax) was with customers at the store which was why he was unable to respond to my messages; okay, understandable. Jax let me know that the assembly team would arrive between 7pm and 8pm. It is currently 9:11pm on April 13th and the assembly team has not arrived, nor have I received communication from anyone about a delay or change in assembly time. I messaged Jax to let him know. I understand this is not his fault but as the only person reliably communicating with me, I contacted him. I did not receive a reply (understandable as I am sure this is outside of this working hours). I am extremely frustrated. I am unable to live in my home because the furniture is not set up and I have to commute from Brampton to Newmarket for an assembly team that never came. I am hesitant to set up the furniture myself as the damaged boxes may be indicative of the furniture inside being damaged and I do not want to be blamed. I have not received any follow-up for the compensation of my damaged walls. The one star review is accredited solely to Jax's customer service. Jax himself receives a 5 star review, but the delivery process is a 0. After now reading other reviews about the delivery process, I wish I had never purchased my furniture from this company. I hope to have this resolved as soon as possible to avoid further action.

I was in market comparing different furniture shop prices and brands they carry. I am glad to find this shop in Mississauga they sell branded as well as non branded furniture including Ashley, Beautyrest, Italian and old school furniture. Since I was on right budget the sale rep understood my need and without being pushy showed me options. We exchange many pictures and files before finalising the deal. I got a very good price and service from my furniture. My delivery was smooth and guys were super friendly. Overall very satisfied with my decision to shop here. As I am in Ottawa, I was told there is no need to pay in advance...
I just saw the set picture. however,I was not sure if it was exactly the same or not....
I received exactly on time amazing delivery and delivery people nice boxes strong and soo perfetional
When I opened boxes, I was about flying they are unbelievably amazing, have a fantastic color, and the model is 100 times more beautiful than it's picture. There is no need to assemble, and so safe and strong package
I never go buy anything from any other places
Highly recommend
